SMS/Text Messaging
We do not send SMS/Text Messages to anyone without explicit consent. If you go through our intake process and become a client for counseling services, then you will be asked whether or not you wish to receive appointment reminders through text messaging, which is done through our HIPAA-compliant client portal and medical records software called Sessions Health. None of our texting is done through this website.
We do not share your personal information, phone number, or SMS consent opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Protection of Information
We take steps to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure. We have specific policies and technical safeguards in place for counseling clients, which are managed separate from this public website.
